TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To place a booking please telephone the hotel where one of our helpful staff will inform you of prices and availability.
Please inform us of any special requests including dietary needs and disabilities so that we can put you in the best type of accommodation for your needs. The hotel will not be held responsible for any error regarding this unless you have received written confirmation from us stating that we are aware of your specific needs. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices will be honoured upon receipt of a deposit and confirmation of booking. Accommodation will be available from 2 - pm on the stated date of arrival. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.30 - am on the stated date of departure. We accept cash, cheques and all major credit cards.
CANCELLATION/CURTAILMENT CHARGES
All Deposits are non refundable.
Over 4 weeks notice; no extra charge.
2-4 weeks notice; 50% of total cost .
2 weeks or less; 75% of total cost .
Christmas & New Year and all other packages less than 6 weeks notice; 75% of total cost.
THEFT, LOSS OR DAMAGE
The hotel will not be held responsible for any theft loss or damage to guest's property. We will store luggage for late departures but we will not be responsible for the luggage or its contents. We advise that you include this in your holiday insurance. We reserve the right to demand payments from you in the event of you causing any loss or damage to the hotel property.
